In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

We are looking for an assistant who is passionate, energetic, and self-motivated about branding, business development, social media, and content marketing. 

CORE SKILLS:

Creative thinking, copywriting, market research and analysis, website analytics, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Some of the duties are:

  • Market research and analysis to find customer trends and demographic data.
  • Brainstorm to develop branding ideas, create graphic designs for promotional and advertising campaigns.
  • Discover effective marketing, promotional and proper social media channels for marketing strategies.
  • Create new and keep client relationships through networking and prospecting. 
  • Create and manage website blogs and social media platforms. 
  • Manage and update the customer relationship managment (CRM) system.

The Learners Cube is looking for a part-time Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) with more than 7 years of experience designing and assessing technical training solutions. This position will be a mixture of remote and in-person work.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

We are looking for a designer with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels to include; client stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams. The selected individual must have strong project management, organizational and excellent writing skills and be deadline-driven.

CORE SKILLS:

Project Management, MS SharePoint, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Graphic Editing Software, Microsoft Office, Webinar Tools, Learning Management/Content Management Systems, Adult Learning Theories, and The New World Kirkpatrick Model. 

The ISD must be able to:

  • Design and develop technical training materials using an ISD approach based on client needs. Be able to brainstorm innovative course development strategies to include storyboarding, live instructor-led, online e-learning and virtual classroom training.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to discover competency gaps in learners, changes in work processes, technologies, organizational needs, and training delivery effectiveness.
  • Effectively work with SMEs on instructional solution and development of training materials.
  • Make recommendations and assists in the implementation of training assessment strategies for program support.
  • Research and remain up to date on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Manage and populate training course data in learning management systems.
  • Knowledgeable of the Agile Learning Design Model.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to be cleared.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or an Education related field.
  • Expertise working with the core authoring tools, preferential Adobe Creative Cloud. 
  • 7 plus years’ experience in instructional design (technical) for both online and print-based curriculums.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision, and effectively multi-task multiple projects while working in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in web and mobile technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java

Location: Remote

The Learners Cube is looking for a contract technical trainer with over 5 years of experience delivering enterprise software training.  This position will be on a contractual basis and requires travel to client sites, and contains a mixture of remote and in-person work.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

We are looking for a software trainer to participate in a full range of training activities, including needs analysis, pre-and post-training evaluation, needs analysis, development of course curricula, training materials and delivery of training. Assist in the testing of new software as required, and serve as a training resource to various groups and departments.

Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, client stakeholders, and instructional systems designers. Be able to deliver program content in a manner that actively engages participants while maintaining an environment conducive for learning.

CORE SKILLS:

Microsoft Office, Window-based Systems, Webinar Tools (Adobe Connect), SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Suite, Oracle Data Analytics.

The Software Trainer must be able to:

  • Prepare and deliver remote, one-on-one sessions and onsite/remote training services on various enterprise software applications.
  • Develop training manuals, quick reference materials on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist with testing and evaluation of new software.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and provide end-user support of enterprise application software.
  • Administer post-training evaluation, and address office and end-user training requests.
  • Travel to client sites to deliver onsite training and deployment support for new software initiatives.
  • Maintain strong technical and training knowledge, skills and industry best practices.

The Learners Cube is looking for a part-time Multimedia Designer with over 3 years of experience in the design of software simulations, 2D and 3D graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive multimedia solutions. This position will be a mixture of remote and in-person work.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

We are looking for multimedia designer with strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, client stakeholders, and instructional systems designers. Candidates must have strong project management, written and organizational skills, and be deadline-driven.

CORE SKILLS:

Adobe Captivate, Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Graphic Editing Software, Microsoft Office, Webinar Tools (Adobe Connect), Web and SharePoint, HTML coding.

The multimedia designer must be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze needs and product requirements to develop a design
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team and client to develop creative and engaging interactive media in support of learning projects.
  • Provide graphic design support to a variety of tasks including print production, process flows, web-based training, infographics, web banners, and website content, videos, eLearning modules, software simulations, stand-alone graphics, animation, marketing materials, and ad hoc media requests.
  • Create storyboards, prepare video and/or photo shooting services for website and video content.
  • Create content and graphics (icons, banners, titles, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with management, client, etc., for the development of training content.

Work with limited supervision.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to be cleared.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Information Technology or other related discipline and over 3 years’ experience in multimedia design.
  • Proficiency of Section 508 compliance including creating Flash/HTML courseware, and follow established standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
  • Knowledgeable of Performance-Based Learning Objectives, The Kirkpatrick Model and Agile Design Methodology.
